Vizcaya Wedding | Kyle and Brandie

As I look back on what was my last wedding of 2015, I can’t help but to smile thinking about Kyle and Brandie. When I first met these two at my mid-town space in The Urban Hive last year, you could see the chemistry between them right away. With some people you can just tell they are a good team and amazing partners to each other.

Kyle is clearly the strong (almost to the point of being stoic), protector of his family. I think he’s always had that role in life and his career in law enforcement really just solidified it. When someone dedicates their life to taking care of others through that kind of sacrifice and service, I’m always humbled and grateful.

But even the strong need support from time to time and that is exactly what Brandie is for Kyle. A beautiful, soft spoken girl with eyes like a doe and a spirit that Kyle recognized and knew he could not live without. Don’t let her petite frame fool you, Brandie is a force to be reckoned with in her own right! A Daddy’s girl at heart, (although the closeness she shares with her mother was something you have to experience as a girl to fully understand) documenting these family connections was touching to say the least. The love surrounding these two was palpable and I just know they will be supported in their marriage for the long haul.

It was a gorgeous fall day with the hint of winter in the air when they said vows at their Vizcaya wedding. The family was elevated and the first chapter of their story as man and wife began. I can’t tell you how grateful I was to both witness and capture their day. Happy anniversary you two, the future holds much and there is nothing you can’t accomplish together!
