Part of my job as a photographer (and one of the things I love the most) is creating genuine connections with my clients. When the connections are real, the photos are real. I know my clients, their personalities, what they like and dislike, and it becomes that much easier to truly capture the essence of who they are. I want my photos to be more than just stock photos that you find on Google. They should reflect the hearts of my clients.
That being said, Michelle is my kids’ dental hygienist and the most wonderful girl in the world. She is so beautiful inside and out, full of kindness and compassion. Over the years, we have gotten to know her through the many toothpaste-filled conversations that we’ve had (you’d be amazed at how well she can understand people with gauze in their mouths…), but we’ve loved keeping up with her story.
Michelle searched a long time to find Travis, but her journey led her straight to him. I knew he was the one the moment we walked into her office and she began talking about him. She couldn’t stop smiling, her face lit up, and her eyes sparkled. I don’t know if she knew it then, but I sure did. I’ve seen that look before.
They live their best life together, racing dirt bikes at their home in the country with their dogs. Although she doesn’t mind getting dirty, she was SUCH a princess on her wedding day, too beautiful for words. Michelle has many talents, and he did her own makeup for her wedding day. I usually do not recommend that, but she knocked it out of the park! I cannot wait to hear about their many adventures together! VERY best wishes, Michelle and Travis! Love you to pieces.
