Eric is my Starbucks buddy. There was a time in our lives where I would run into him almost every. single. day at our local Starbucks. So after seeing his friendly face so many times, I couldn’t help but strike up a conversation with him. And as it turns out, this fun loving teddy bear is all heart. He was living the single life when I met him. So naturally, after tons of daily coffee conversations and many months later, when he told me he was getting married, I was over the top excited for him.
Oh, and guess where he and Tonya met…that’s right, online! These two are yet another testament to finding love in the digital age.
And Tonya, oh this girl is something else. She is a wear your heart on your sleeve type of person, doesn’t hold anything back, and has one of the biggest and most open hearts of anyone I know. The way she lights up a room when she walks in with her laugh and her smile is enough to make anyone happy. I knew exactly why Eric fell in love within about 60 seconds of meeting her.
Their wedding was at Newcastle Wedding Gardens and Red Horse Barn in Newcastle, California. It’s as close to an “all-inclusive” wedding/reception site as I have ever seen. Georgia and her staff work very, very hard at keeping the place immaculate and making sure that the wedding day runs like a well-oiled machine. So much of the planning and many of the details were handled by Georgia and I know that was worth every penny spent to Eric and Tonya.
There was a little rain on their wedding day, but Eric and Tonya pressed through it and still had their ceremony outdoors in Georgia’s beautiful garden as Tonya had dreamed about. I think the umbrellas give it a charm that made it extra special. But this day would have been special no matter what mother nature brought to the table!

This is such a beautiful wedding. And I am just in LOVE with that shoe shot!
Love the wedding, and love the story of how you met Eric. My favorite part, though… there isn’t a single photo where Tonya doesn’t have a huge grin on her face. Nothing better than when two people are that Happy.
