Home. That is what I feel when I spend time with Jorie and Kellen…I feel like I’m home. It’s the magic between these two that is so strong it radiates out to everyone around them. Home…where you are comfortable to be yourself and where you feel loved and accepted no matter what. I wish I could bottle up the feeling I have around these two and keep it with me forever.
We headed out for a little country engagement session in the outskirts of Lincoln at the Anderson Walnut farm to capture these two having fun and being themselves. We’ve had a wild spring and tornadoes had touched down in the area quite recently; so when the clouds started forming in the sky we all got a little nervous. But I think the heavens just wanted to come down a little lower to marvel at their creation; who could blame them?
This looks like they had a lot of fun!
Those last couple with the storm clouds are really incredible!
This is what engagement shoots are all about – the couple looking in love and having tonnes of fun – great stuff 🙂
Great work Teresa. So natural throughout.
Great emotion. Love the second photograph, so dreamy, great light.
I love the mood and feeling of this shoot. I love them all, but the swinging photo would have to be my favourite.
Awww, I love the tire swing one! Cute session!
So… not gonna lie – Country came on my spotify as I looked at your blog. Perfect timing. And a love song haha!
This is perfection. I absolutely love their style and you photographed them so adorably.
Beautiful and creative portraits. Fantastic.
HOLY CRAP! These are all so lovely, and well done. The shot that sticks out to me is the black and white one of him kissing her nose… I DIE
That sky in the last few frames!!! Great job
