Only in the age of the Internet could a couple live three blocks away from each other and not know it until their first date (which just happened to be set up online). It’s funny how fate works like that sometimes. The same likes, the same tastes, the same zip code, but until God decides it’s right…sometimes we just have to wait. And so Kelly and Mike probably passed each other at the grocery store, the gym, or at a local restaurant and never knew they were destined to be married…until the Internet brought them together. Love in the 21st century is just awesome like that.
And so they got engaged and planned a wedding in the very neighborhood they both love and call home. And what a wedding it was. It was so unique; so them. It was a mix of traditional and not so traditional. And that made for memorable. The amount of love and support surrounding these two was amazing. But if you ever met Kelly or Mike you would be drawn to them too. Kelly is the definition of vivacious. Combine that with a glowing beauty and brains…well now you know why Mike fell in love. Mike…the soft-spoken, handsome compliment to Kelly, a hard working grad student who won her heart. It was such an honor to document their day; and, it is more than a privileged to share their story with you now.
