The heart knows, the heart always knows. And Priscila’s heart was no exception. Far too young to fall in love they said. You don’t know what love really means yet. Give it time, it’s just a crush. But it wasn’t just a crush, it was fate. And 6 years after she new, Carlos saw that she was right. And so they added romance to their friendship and almost two years after that, he asked for her hand in marriage. But she was already his, long before he asked (see their engagement story here).
And so goes the love story of Priscila and Carlos, two beautiful souls who let time be the judge and time ruled in their favor. They came together where they met, lived, and loved in Oakland. United under God at the Oakland Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and surrounded by friends and family at the Piedmont Community Hall after. It was a day full of love, laughter, and happy tears. Even the heavens cried tears of joy for them. Rain on your wedding day means good luck, but I don’t think these two need luck at all when they have faith and love on their side.
Venue: Piedmont Community Center
