Scott’s brother was married last year and I was their wedding photographer (you can see that post here). So, when Scott’s son needed senior pictures taken, he immediately called me (I LOVE when that happens). And of course I was up for some urban and outdoor fun with his oldest boy.
Chase is a little shy, but I did manage to get him out of his shell a bit for our session. And he’s truly a cool kid. Scott chauffeured us all over the campus of California State University, Sacramento for the shoot. I’d say that makes him a pretty cool Dad too! It was a pretty great way to spend the afternoon. I’m so grateful to be a photographer…for serious.
I think these turned out really nice. Love the BW ones towards the bottom against the stucco wall, awesome contrast in color and textures! You did a great job!
The last pic has got such a lovely mood to it! Great session.
Chase seems very genuine and I think you captured that well.
Very cool to do them on a college campus! How appropriate! LOVE the shot on the teal bench, and the one with the headphones 🙂
Great smile. Great work!
Nice work TK! It’s tough to pick a favourite but I really like the one of him on the bench.
Great time Teresa, You were spot on about Chase being shy, but you really brought out his true colors in him via the camera lens! He still talks about the fun you guys had shooting the pictures and I think as the day went on his comfort level really sky-rocketed with you.
Just like Tim and Casey’s wedding shoot, you handled my baby boy’s Senior photos with class and professionalism and just the right amount of fun!!
Like the first one of him laughing… shows his personality is fun loving 🙂
I never thought to do a shoot at the University, what a perfect spot for a HS Senior. Love the headphone shots, very cool!
Love his smile, it’s so cute! He has the cutest shirts too 🙂 Great job!
You did an amazing job and it’s easy to see how comfortable and happy Chase was to be working with you. Beautiful work!
Wow! These turned out great! Love the black and white’s and the one of him on a park bench. Still can’t believe he has graduated!!!!
Oh to be a high school senior again! I dig the photos with the headphones – what a great idea.
Loooooooooooove the last couple photos, they are perfection! The whole session is well done, super locations, and he has such a great smile!
Beautiful work. Love the shots in the shadows of the trees.
Fabulous! I love that second to last one!
