This year I have so much to be grateful for and I am counting my blessings on Thanksgiving (and always). These are just a few of the MANY things I am thankful for in my life…
My husband Tim and the love and patience he has for me. I’m not sure where I would be would without him. He’s so good to me, even when I have bad days and has been so supportive of my sometimes too all consuming passion for photography.
My two wonderful children, who bring me so much joy every day. Even when they misbehave, I just have to sit back and smile in wonderment at them. They are an amazing gift for which I am so grateful.
And my family, all of them, but especially my mother and father who raised me to be driven, follow my dreams and never give up. And my husband’s mother and father who have taken me in as one of their own (in all ways). And my beautiful sister-in-law and her family who prepare to move to Arizona in pursuit of better opportunities. It’s a very bittersweet move and I will miss them tremendously.
The friends who have enriched my life with their generosity and love. You guys know who you are!
And my clients, who have made it possible for me to follow my passion! Thank you, THANK YOU!! I’ve made some fantastic new friends this year. I truly appreciate you allowing me and my camera into your life.
And GOD, my saviour, Jesus Christ, for without him I would be nothing.
No matter what this year has brought to you, I hope you are able to count your blessings and see the wonder in this crazy thing called life. It’s a roller coaster for sure and it’s important to enjoy the highs and the lows for all they are.
And because a blog post isn’t the same without pictures, below are a few highlights from the Thanksgiving programs at Mitchell and Megan’s school.
