I just want to go on record stating that almost all of my couples are a little nervous about getting in front of my camera the first time. The truth is that most people do not have their photographs professionally taken very often in their lives.
My sessions are about an hour to two hours long and they are SUPER laid back. My husband has referred to my engagement sessions as a “Teresa K kiss fest”. There’s lots of holding, hugging, kissing, laughing, and smiling. And that’s exactly how I like it!
Rashele has never been a fan of herself in photographs, and she and Troy were both a little unsure at first. But like all of my sessions, after about 5 minutes into it, we were rolling and having a blast.
We headed up to Apple Hill and spent most of our time at Boeger Winery. It was a beautiful day weather-wise and spending it with these two made it even better. Troy is PERFECT for Rashele and she brings out a side in him that I’m not sure a whole lot of people in this world have seen. I’m so glad I got to document these two laughing, playing, and enjoying each other. Rashele even commented that I may have gotten the only picture of her laughing that she’s ever liked in her whole life. Now THAT’s a compliment!
