I don’t even know where to start with these two. Seriously, Stephanie and Jeff are two of the most down to earth, easy, humble folks I know. Add to that Stephanie’s gorgeous and classic good looks with Jeff’s devilish and boyish charms and it’s a special kind of power couple. It was so apparent with just the two of them at their engagement session; and, even more so as they were surrounded by their friends and family on their wedding day.
Stephanie and Jeff’s Nevada City wedding was at Rucker Lake at a family friend’s private estate. And what an estate it was! Nestled in the corner of the Lake with amazing views and a smell that you can only get when you drive out away from the city. It was a day filled with love and the smell of the last days of summer in the pine trees. The kind of day that resonates deep in your senses and down to your soul. It was everything that these two deserved and more.

OMG, you are so talented. I don’t know many people who could have captured the wide-angled shots of the ambiance combined with the intimate expressions of the faces of the participants.
First of all, when I saw the first shot of the lake, I cried out, “Oh – my – GOSH!” which caused the dogs to look up at me. And as I scrolled through enjoying the artistry of each picture, I caught myself scrolling back up again so I could enjoy them again.
Really amazing photography. I was crying because I felt like I was there. I really enjoyed the expression of love through the setting and activities of the people as well as the photography. 🙂
