Tomi, Jibraun and their newly joined families represent an ideal I’ve held my entire life: true love knows no color, gender, class boundaries, religion, or any other of the many ways we try to stereotype and box people into categories based our own personal biases. Theres was a blending in the most beautiful way, full of love, acceptance, and hope for a future that judges based on the merits of your character alone.
It was a beautiful, warm day at the end of February that was signaling the end of winter at their Vizcaya wedding. The weather was perfect and so were they. Tomi was gorgeous and glowed the entire day and Jibraun is just about as fresh as they come. Documenting the love between the two of them and their newly formed family was truly a pleasure. I cannot wait to see what their future holds!
